Welcome to ShopKado (shopkado.com). ShopKado is a consumer e-commerce marketplace operated by EXPORTAGEX EXPORTS LLP (“ShopKado”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a business registered in India and based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

ShopKado is a consumer-facing marketplace brand operated by EXPORTAGEX EXPORTS LLP, registered at #3, SNR Infocity Layout, Sarjapura, Bangalore, Karnataka 562125, India. We sell a range of products across Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care, Home & Kitchen, Electronics, Kids, Pets, and Fitness categories to customers across India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on ShopKado. By using this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order on ShopKado is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud).
  • An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us.
  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse orders that appear to be for resale or bulk commercial purposes without prior arrangement.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and offers are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur; if a pricing error is identified, we will notify you before shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
  • Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. ShopKado does not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and pincodes, subject to verification.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499; a shipping fee applies to orders below this amount.
  • Standard delivery timelines are 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location and product availability. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and serviceable pincodes.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions described there. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by contacting our support team; once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to display product details, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, actual colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or supplier updates. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on shopkado.com, including the ShopKado name, logo, text, graphics, images, and website design, is the property of EXPORTAGEX EXPORTS LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on ShopKado, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@shopkado.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopKado and EXPORTAGEX EXPORTS LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under Indian consumer protection law.

Your use of ShopKado is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ShopKado shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
